APPLEWOOD Apple has a very mild with a subtle sweet, fruity flavor. This wood is ideal for poultry, beef, pork (especially ham), game birds, lamb and some seafood.
CHERRYWOOD Cherry wood gives
off a slightly sweet, mild flavor that is great with poultry or ham. A
slow burning wood, that smells wonderful.
OAKWOOD Unlike mesquite,
Oak wood is very mild and neutral and is a great all around wood for
cooking. It's great for adding a mellow smoke flavor to any entrée or
side dish. The balanced flavor is distinctive but not overpowering and
is good for sausages, beef, lamb, seafood and vegetables.
